Soldier Integration Coordinator – Army Logistics

Sierra Vista, AZ

Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ (preferred) or southern Arizona border AO.  Remote with frequent TDY is possible. 
Clearance: Not required, but familiarity with CUI and Army sustainment processes preferred
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000/yr, plus travel and project bonus eligibility
Duration: 18-month contract (with potential for follow-on)

Axyde Analytics, a national security-focused small business and SBIR Phase II awardee, is seeking a retired Army CW2/CW3 (920B) or senior enlisted (E8+) logistics professional to serve as Soldier Integration Coordinator for our cutting-edge predictive logistics tool under Army SBIR Topic A254-045 – PORTAL.

This role will bridge our engineering team and operational soldiers, ensuring realism, relevance, and resilience as we refine a semantic logistics decision-support platform for use in contested environments.


Ideal Qualifications

  • Retired Army Warrant Officer (920B preferred) or senior enlisted (92Y / 92A / 92Z) with 20+ years logistics experience

  • Expert in GCSS-A, MTOE structure, supply forecasting, and classes of supply I, III, V, VII, and IX

  • Familiarity with forward support companies, TOC operations, and logistics under DDIL conditions

  • Strong written/verbal skills and ability to engage both junior enlisted and senior leadership

  • Located near Fort Huachuca or willing to travel regularly to support soldier touchpoints


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with rotating 4ID units and Fort Huachuca liaisons

  • Conduct walkthroughs of semantic assistant UX, COA accuracy, and task realism

  • Provide doctrinal, scenario, and usage context to AI model training and DDIL fallback logic

  • Help document soldier feedback for inclusion in TRL assessments, mission logs, and post-mortem reviews
