Contract | Tactical UI/UX | Zero-Training Interfaces 

Axyde Analytics seeks a UI/UX prototyper to lead the design and delivery of the zero-training user interface for EZLogs™—our ChatGPT-style logistics assistant built for Army sustainers operating in contested or disconnected environments. You’ll translate operational use cases into actionable, explainable interfaces across three core user personas.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype the assistant interface for 3+ Army persona profiles using React/Figma or equivalent

• Align interface workflows with mission tasks

• Develop and test interface variations tailored to mission conditions (edge mode, degraded data, fallback reasoning)

• Build no-train, natural-language-first flows with clear error recovery and visual overlays

• Coordinate with inference engineering and schema design teams to ensure semantic harmony

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of production-level UI/UX design experience

• Familiarity with defense mission profiles or zero-training civilian interfaces

• Portfolio includes field-grade, high-speed/low-drag apps or assistant overlays

• Familiarity with ChatGPT-style assistant UX patterns

• Bonus: ATAK, MFOCS-II, or edge device interface experience

🔹 Role Structure:

• 1099 or milestone-based contract

• Compensation: $100K+ equivalent with TRL-6 performance bonus

• Remote with optional in-person in Alexandria, VA or Richmond, VA
