Deployment & Fielding Strategist – Phase III Transition Lead

Location: Flexible, preference for CONUS-based with Army fielding experience
Clearance: None required for now; Secret preferred for transition role
Employment Type: Part-time (W2 or 1099)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior Deployment & Fielding Strategist to lead Axyde’s Phase III transition planning and coordination with Army PMs. This role will translate software outputs and field performance into a credible pathway for program of record integration, sustainment modeling, and scaling to Army enterprise infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead transition planning to Phase III (TSI, MFOCS-II, POR alignment)

• Develop and manage interface strategy with PM Mission Command, PEO C3T, and PEO EIS

• Coordinate documentation for CONOPS, fielding guides, and configuration management

• Prepare briefings and decision support documents for Army stakeholder alignment

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in DoD acquisition, sustainment, or fielding (Army preferred)

• Experience working with PMs or POR transition teams (e.g., GCSS-A, JBCP, ATAK)

• Strong writing skills; familiarity with program documentation formats

• PMP, DAWIA, or fielding SME credentials preferred
