Axyde Analytics is seeking a mission-driven Army sustainment data analyst with deep experience in Class I–V consumption models, doctrinal force structure, and predictive planning logic. You will work directly with our engineering and AI teams to ensure realistic, validated modeling of Army logistics behavior across battalion and brigade echelons.
This role supports the Army SBIR PORTAL initiative—an effort to deliver a no-training logistics decision-support assistant capable of operating in denied or degraded environments.
Prior service or support to Army sustainment, with emphasis on battalion-and-below operations
Hands-on experience with:
GCSS-A reports and extract formats
Classes of Supply I, III, V consumption forecasting
MTOE-based force modeling
Class V resupply planning and constraints
Familiarity with:
ATP 4-90, FM 4-0, ATP 5-19
DDIL/contested logistics assumptions
COA planning inputs tied to supply depletion and ETA mismatch
Strong Excel/data manipulation skills and understanding of how data is used (or misused) in the field
Validate all logic underlying Class I, III, V, VII, and IX sustainment COAs
Help translate doctrinal assumptions into data-bound rules for predictive models
Provide fallback logic paths when data is stale, incomplete, or conflicting
Model typical causes of logistics friction: bottlenecks, breakdowns, improper loadout, etc.
Work closely with UX and inference engineers to validate assistant outputs under edge-case conditions
Support Phase II–III reporting and validation including TRL transition tracking
