About the opportunity
Lead a nationwide HRSA maternal-health portfolio landscape and performance review. This is a domain-led technical leadership role supported by Agile’s contracts, finance, HR, quality, and Insperity back-office processes.
What you will own
  • Own technical direction, customer communication, schedule, risks, quality, and acceptance.
  • Translate HRSA objectives into defensible research questions, evidence standards, and decision-ready products.
  • Direct the maternal-health/evaluation partner and the prime GIS, evidence, and reporting team.
  • Lead interpretation of portfolio findings and recommendations and defend methods, limitations, and conclusions.
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in maternal and child health, maternal mortality/morbidity, reproductive health, or a closely comparable public-health field.
  • Direct experience with HRSA MCHB, Title V, AIM, a PQC, an MMRC, or a multi-state maternal-health initiative.
  • Demonstrated evaluation, landscape-analysis, implementation-research, or evidence-synthesis leadership.
  • Executive-level facilitation and writing; ability to lead a fully virtual multidisciplinary team.
Preferred qualifications
  • MPH, DrPH, PhD, MD, RN, or comparable advanced credential.
  • Federal health-contract experience; PMP is useful but not required.
How your qualifications will be evaluated
60% maternal-health domain depth; 25% research/evaluation leadership; 15% project-management execution.
Your application should prove
  • Your personal role—not only the team’s capability.
  • The mission setting and methods used.
  • Scale in states, programs, participants, datasets, sessions, or deliverables.
  • A concrete result, accepted product, or decision influenced.
Application package
Submit a tailored résumé, three to five accomplishment bullets, one non-confidential work sample or comparable-product description, and confirmation of availability. Do not include protected health information or proprietary customer material.
Employment conditions
This opening is contingent on contract award, final labor mix and pricing, eligibility and suitability requirements when applicable, and customer acceptance. The employer will provide the final benefits summary. Reasonable accommodations and equal-employment protections apply under applicable law.
