Design and execute the evidence-collection, coding, validation, and synthesis system for a national maternal-health portfolio review.
What you will own
- Develop the evaluation framework, data-collection protocols, codebook, sampling logic, and analytic plan.
- Lead qualitative analysis, triangulation, inter-rater controls, evidence-strength judgments, and limitations.
- Connect document, interview, listening-session, and geographic evidence.
- Produce auditable methods and findings suitable for federal review.
- 7+ years leading program evaluation or applied qualitative/mixed-methods research.
- Hands-on protocol, interview-guide, codebook, thematic-analysis, validation, and synthesis experience.
- Strong technical writing and defensible research-quality controls.
- Maternal-health, HRSA/HHS, implementation-science, or health-equity experience.
- NVivo, Dedoose, MAXQDA, or comparable structured analysis tools.
