Contingent USTDA opportunity — South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).

Role: Climate Resilience, Environmental-Social and Development Impact Lead

Accountability: Integrate climate, environmental-social, safeguards, gender/inclusion and development-impact analysis.

Required evidence: 10+ years aviation/infrastructure E&S or resilience; due diligence and mitigation planning.

Preferred: FAA environmental programs; DFI safeguards.

  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2–3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
