Gamified Learning Specialist — Remote Micro-Consulting
GAMIFIED LEARNING SPECIALIST — SHORT ASSIGNMENT
Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks a specialist to supply and explain two completed gamified eLearning modules and recommend suitable patent-training exercises and effectiveness measures. Initial estimated effort: 3–5 hours.
DELIVERABLES
• Walk through two actual completed gamified modules you helped deliver, explaining the learning content, mechanics and personal contribution.
• Recommend a small set of practical exercises for complex patent-examiner training, such as branching decisions, evidence-selection challenges or mastery-based progression.
• Recommend how to assess learning, retention and application rather than relying solely on satisfaction or completion.
• Identify accessibility considerations and prepare or validate an accurately attributed experience summary. Building new modules is outside this initial assignment.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
Two actual gamified eLearning modules, with their game mechanics, your personal contribution and how success was assessed. Generic online courses or a proposed game concept alone do not meet the requirement. Technical, legal, regulatory, IP or other complex adult-learning audiences are preferred.
For each example, identify employer/contracting organization, client, dates, intended learners, learning objectives, mechanics used, your role, assessment methods and any results you can substantiate. Explain Section 508/accessibility provisions, including alternative ways to complete interactions where applicable.
Provide releasable samples, screenshots, demo links or redacted case summaries; identify ownership and permission to share. Include a reference and whether they may be contacted. Independent consultants and specialists working through a firm may apply.
ENGAGEMENT
Remote initial consulting assignment; Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde's administrative base. This is a short Axyde consulting opportunity supporting USPTO RFI ACQ-26-9999, not a Government appointment or an awarded delivery position. Selected work is paid under mutually agreed written scope and fee before work begins. No minimum hours or follow-on work is guaranteed. Any additional delivery work depends on award, funding, need and mutual agreement.
