Axyde Analytics seeks a senior Program/Product Manager to serve as proposed Key Personnel for a federal data, analytics, and artificial-intelligence platform. The selected candidate’s résumé may be included in Axyde’s competitive proposal.
This position will become Axyde’s principal technical and administrative representative to the Government if awarded. The individual will lead transition, delivery, staffing, risk management, quality, schedule, customer coordination, and ongoing platform operations.
Responsibilities

Direct technical and administrative performance across the engagement.

Serve as the primary interface with the Government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Lead a six-to-twelve-month platform transition.

Coordinate AWS architecture, data integration, analytics, AI, security, operations, and user-support teams.

Maintain the integrated schedule, staffing plan, risk register, transition plan, and acceptance criteria.

Oversee configuration management, software quality assurance, change control, cybersecurity, and ATO activities.

Ensure all contract tasks, deliverables, milestones, and performance standards are addressed.

Manage continuity as staffing and requirements change.

Support proposal development, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and post-award mobilization.
Mandatory Qualifications

U.S. citizen.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience.

Senior experience in one or more applicable fields, including software delivery, data analytics, data engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, product management, or technical program management.

Demonstrated responsibility for a complex federal or regulated data-platform implementation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to provide a proposal-ready résumé immediately.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP or comparable program-management credential.

DOE, NNSA, national laboratory, nuclear-security-enterprise, or other federal experience.

AWS data-platform and generative-AI delivery experience.

Experience leading ATO, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, CUI, or sensitive-data implementations.
Engagement
Remote within the United States, with occasional travel to the Washington, D.C. area and Government sites. Proposal participation is immediate. Long-term employment or consulting engagement is contingent upon contract award. No current clearance is required, but the candidate must be capable of obtaining a DOE/NNSA Q clearance if subsequently required.
