Serve as the prime team’s analytic engine, integrating documents, sessions, program evidence, maps, findings, and controlled deliverables.
What you will own
- Own the evidence ledger, document inventory, extraction framework, citation controls, and findings matrices.
- Integrate qualitative, programmatic, and geographic evidence into cross-program analyses.
- Draft landscape, AIM assessment, and recommendation content with transparent traceability.
- Run analytic/editorial quality checks and control review cycles and versions through acceptance.
- 6+ years in public-health, policy, program-evaluation, or research analysis.
- Evidence synthesis, structured review, matrix development, and technical-report authorship.
- Ability to connect sources, methods, findings, limitations, and recommendations transparently.
- Maternal-health, HRSA/HHS, portfolio-analysis, or implementation-research experience.
- Qualitative coding, descriptive analysis, Section 508, and federal-deliverable experience.
