Provide focused accessibility remediation, publication quality control, briefing, and webinar-production support at key delivery points.
What you will own
- Remediate and validate Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and related products for Section 508 accessibility.
- Perform final format, style, cross-reference, citation, and publication checks.
- Support briefing/webinar materials, captions, rehearsal, delivery, and follow-up.
- Demonstrated Section 508 remediation and accessible document-production experience.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and PDF accessibility skills.
- Ability to work predictably in short, deadline-driven bursts in a virtual environment.
- Federal health or research-report production.
- Webinar production, captioning, and plain-language experience.
