Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Casualty Support and Executive Correspondence Specialist for an anticipated U.S. Army contract supporting casualty operations at Fort Knox.
The specialist will prepare and control sensitive casualty documentation, senior Army correspondence and family-facing products.
Responsibilities:

Prepare casualty-related correspondence and administrative packages.

Support DD Form 1300, Notification of Death, Letters of Condolence and related products.

Verify names, dates, relationships, circumstances and source information.

Apply Army correspondence, grammar, formatting and records standards.

Track senior-level staffing, approval, mailing and delivery actions.

Maintain complete correspondence and case records.

Coordinate corrections before release.

Support independent pre-release quality review.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience preparing Army executive correspondence or senior Government communications.

Familiarity with casualty documentation and DD Form 1300 strongly preferred.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills.

Ability to work accurately with emotionally sensitive material.

Experience with Army records, staffing and correspondence-control procedures.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Final duties, compensation, qualifications and start date will depend upon the resulting solicitation and award.
