CASUALTY CASE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky
Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Status: Contingent upon contract award
Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking Casualty Case Management Specialists for an anticipated U.S. Army contract supporting casualty operations at Fort Knox.
The specialist will support sensitive Army casualty cases from initial reporting through benefits coordination, transition and case closure.
Responsibilities:

Review casualty reports and supporting personnel records.

Support identification and verification of primary and secondary next of kin.

Build, update and maintain complete casualty case files.

Enter, validate and reconcile information in authorized Government systems.

Coordinate actions with Casualty Assistance Centers and designated Army officials.

Track notifications, benefits, documents and suspense dates.

Research and resolve discrepancies using authoritative records.

Prepare cases for independent quality review.

Protect personally identifiable and sensitive family information.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience with CMAOD, CASS, Army casualty operations or a Casualty Assistance Center.

Working knowledge of DCIPS strongly preferred.

Experience reviewing military personnel and survivor-benefit records.

Strong accuracy, empathy, discretion and documentation skills.

Ability to manage emotionally sensitive cases while maintaining procedural discipline.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card.
