Mobilization: Potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written notice following award

Role purpose

Integrate geothermal surface facilities, plant technology, gathering systems, grid/offtake, operations and commercialization into an executable development concept.

Representative problems this role must solve

• The resource may be viable, but the proposed plant technology, steam/brine gathering system, cooling, water, interconnection or O&M concept is not.
• Plant scale and availability assumptions do not align with reservoir evidence, tariff, offtake or grid constraints.
• The sponsor needs a phased concept and TOR that joins technical design, procurement, construction, operations and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate flash, binary, combined or direct-use concepts; surface gathering, reinjection, cooling, water, emissions, corrosion/scaling and balance-of-plant requirements.
• Assess grid interconnection, dispatch, curtailment, tariff/offtake, availability, auxiliary load, O&M and lifecycle-cost assumptions.
• Define development alternatives, stage gates, CAPEX/OPEX/schedule inputs, supplier needs, performance tests and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate surface-plant findings with resource, drilling, finance, safeguards and implementation analyses.

Minimum evidence-based qualifications

• Direct geothermal power-plant, surface-facility, EPC, owner-engineering, commissioning, operations, grid-integration or commercialization experience.
• Evidence of personally developing or reviewing geothermal feasibility, basis-of-design, performance, procurement, cost or investment products.
• Experience in emerging markets, island grids or constrained infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated senior/expert judgment, normally supported by at least 10 years of directly relevant work and specific project or decision-product evidence.
• Ability to separate verified facts, assumptions, professional judgments, uncertainties and recommendations in concise written English.
• U.S. citizen or non-U.S. citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States; written attestation is required before proposal inclusion.
• Ability to become available for potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award, subject to assignment needs and Government direction.
• Willingness to disclose availability, employment/contract restrictions, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, noncompetes and country/customer limitations.

Evidence to submit

• Current resume or CV with dates, employer/client, country, project stage, personal role, methods used, decision product and outcome for the most relevant assignments.
• Two to four representative projects that substantiate the specific expertise claimed; identify what you personally did rather than the team's general scope.
• Countries/regions worked, languages used professionally, current location, travel limitations and relevant licenses, registrations, certifications, standards or publications.
• Written permission for Axyde to use and evidence-preservingly reformat the resume for solicitation 1131PL26R0056, subject to final resume review if requested.
