Role purpose

Turn a multidisciplinary scope into an executable integrated schedule with explicit dependencies, decision gates, review cycles, Government inputs and acceptance logic.

Representative problems this role must solve

A study schedule lists tasks but not data dependencies, stakeholder availability, fieldwork, model integration, review or comment-disposition cycles.
Parallel work creates rework because interfaces and information release dates are undefined.
Schedule compression threatens evidence quality or independent review without a recovery plan.

Responsibilities

Develop WBS-linked schedules, logic ties, milestones, critical paths, data/interface dates, review gates and acceptance events.
Integrate travel, site access, stakeholder interviews, modeling, procurement inputs, Government reviews and comment disposition.
Identify leading indicators, float erosion, trigger thresholds, recovery options and resource-loading implications.
Write schedule assumptions and acceptance criteria that support transparent mobilization, monitoring and scope-change decisions.

Minimum evidence-based qualifications

Direct integrated scheduling and project-controls experience for engineering studies, infrastructure, energy, mining or international consulting assignments.
Evidence of personally developing or independently reviewing logic-driven schedules used to control multidisciplinary work.
Experience connecting schedule, WBS, BOE, risk, deliverables and formal review/acceptance is required.
Demonstrated senior/expert judgment, normally supported by at least 10 years of directly relevant work and specific project or decision-product evidence.
Ability to separate verified facts, assumptions, professional judgments, uncertainties and recommendations in concise written English.
U.S. citizen or non-U.S. citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States; written attestation is required before proposal inclusion.
Ability to become available for potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award, subject to assignment needs and Government direction.
Willingness to disclose availability, employment/contract restrictions, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, noncompetes and country/customer limitations.

Evidence to submit
