Program/Data Analyst — Program Support, Reporting and Graphics

One anticipated opening within Axyde’s five-seat SCOS Program/Data Analyst pool: two logistics analysts, two data analysts and one program-support/reporting analyst. These are specializations of the same pool, not additional Government-prescribed positions.

Support Army aviation and missile supply-chain program execution through accurate records, graphics and decision-ready reporting.

  • Prepare briefing graphics, presentations, reports, meeting minutes and action trackers.
  • Maintain QCP, CDRL/deliverable, training, tasker and corrective-action records under program leadership.
  • Extract, clean, reconcile and organize authorized data; maintain sources, assumptions, versions and reviewer records.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, administrative activities and timely report production.
  • Perform accuracy and completeness checks before senior review and release.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of logistics, data or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; strong organization, writing and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.

Army logistics reporting, graphics, document control and dashboard experience preferred. The senior Lead Logistics Analyst’s seven-year Army/three-year LMP thresholds do not apply to this role.

Security and employment conditions

U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment depends on award and funding, completion of hiring requirements and any required approvals. This is not a guarantee of employment, hours or clearance sponsorship.
