Contingent USTDA opportunity — South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).

Role: Airside Civil, Runway, Pavement and Resilience Engineer

Accountability: Scope runways, taxiways, aprons, drainage, geotechnical and construction phasing.

Required evidence: PE or equivalent; 10+ years airport civil/airside engineering; pavement and climate-resilience analysis.

Preferred: Mountain or island airports; live-airport construction.

  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2–3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
