Role: Aviation Legal, Regulatory, Procurement and Institutional Specialist

Accountability: Assess enabling law, approvals, land, procurement, concessions, institutional capacity and implementation path.

Required evidence: 10+ years aviation/infrastructure legal or regulatory work; procurement and institutional analysis.

Preferred: South/Southeast Asia; PPP law.

Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
