Contingent USTDA opportunity — South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).

Role: Southeast Asia Aviation Country and Institutional Specialist

Accountability: Provide Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Timor-Leste and Pacific context.

Required evidence: 10+ years regional aviation/infrastructure experience; government and sponsor engagement.

Preferred: Bahasa Indonesia or another relevant language; DFI/USTDA work.

Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2–3 directly relevant projects.
