Apply to Airport Terminal, Passenger Flow, Baggage & ORAT Specialist (0063-W11) — Remote
Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for USTDA solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission. This contingent, intermittent role leads the terminal capacity, passenger-processing and ORAT work package.
WBS responsibilities
• Assess terminal demand, peak flows, check-in, security, border, baggage, gates, ground handling and landside interfaces.
• Model current and future process capacity and identify operating fixes, equipment needs and capital triggers.
• Define AODB/common-use/baggage and other system interfaces with operational and acceptance requirements.
• Develop ORAT, staffing, SOP, training, testing, transition and continuity tasks.
• Convert findings into alternatives, layouts/process maps, TOR tasks, schedule logic and acceptance measures.
Required evidence
• 10+ years of airport terminal planning, passenger processing, baggage systems, ground handling or ORAT.
• Demonstrated quantified capacity, process mapping, simulation, readiness or live-airport transition work.
• Evidence of studies, requirements, implementation plans, TORs, testing or operational-readiness outputs.
• Strong airport stakeholder and technical-writing capability.
Preferred evidence
• International gateway, security/border processing, common-use systems, Asia airports or USTDA/DFI work.
Engagement
Remote and intermittent over a potential four-year contract period, subject to award and individual assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for applicable assignments and will be confirmed separately. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence is required for proposal eligibility. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
