Apply to Principal Ore-Characterization & Geometallurgical Integration Advisor — Denver
MISSION
Axyde Analytics seeks a senior geometallurgist or process mineralogist to help multidisciplinary USTDA teams connect ore variability to recoverability, flowsheet choices, product quality and project risk. The Denver anchor reflects the region’s concentration of mining and minerals expertise; the work itself is fully remote and assignment-based.
WHAT YOU WILL DIAGNOSE
• Build geometallurgical domains from geology, mineralogy, texture, liberation, hardness and metallurgical response.
• Evaluate sampling representativeness, variability-test design and comminution/separation evidence.
• Translate QEMSCAN/MLA, XRD, microscopy and assay results into process-selection and scale-up decisions.
• Identify deleterious minerals, penalty elements, recovery constraints and product-quality risks.
• Independently challenge resource-to-process assumptions and define additional testwork where evidence is weak.
EVIDENCE WE NEED
A relevant advanced degree and normally 15+ years of progressively responsible work. Your résumé should show specific deposits or studies, commodities, test programs, project stage, your personal decisions and measurable outcomes. Experience supporting scoping, PEA/PFS/FS, due diligence or independent technical review is strongly preferred.
ENGAGEMENT
This is a remote, contingent contract role activated only after award and assignment; no minimum work is guaranteed. Before selection Axyde will confirm availability, proposal résumé authorization, possible Level 1/2 international travel, U.S.-citizen or lawful-permanent-resident self-attestation where required, and any OCI or employer restrictions. No rate response is requested with the application.
