Independent TSF Governance & Consequence-Risk Reviewer — Salt Lake City

REVIEW MANDATE
Axyde Analytics is adding an independent tailings professional for USTDA mining and critical-minerals studies. Salt Lake City is the talent-market anchor; assignments are performed remotely with travel only when authorized.

DECISION TESTS
The reviewer will determine whether a proposed or operating tailings system has credible governance, design bases, consequence classification, water balance, surveillance, emergency preparedness, closure planning and accountable decision rights. Reviews may cover conventional, upstream/downstream/centerline, filtered, in-pit and reprocessed-tailings configurations.

THE RECORD MUST SHOW
• Direct application or independent review of GISTM and recognized dam-safety practices.
• Work with Engineer of Record, Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer, Accountable Executive or independent review boards.
• Failure-mode, dam-breach, seismic, hydrogeologic, climate and trigger-action-response analysis.
• Clear findings translated into risk registers, corrective actions and acceptance criteria.

QUALIFYING BACKGROUND
Advanced engineering or geoscience education and normally 15+ years in mine-tailings or dam-safety work. Please identify facilities, consequence classes, life-cycle stage, your role and the decisions influenced. Independence and freedom from conflicts must be demonstrable for review assignments.

PRACTICAL TERMS
Remote, project-based and contingent on award/assignment, with no guaranteed minimum. Selection requires later confirmation of availability, résumé-use authorization, eligible work status where applicable, Level 1/2 travel willingness and OCI/employer restrictions.
