Apply to Aviation Regulatory, Certification & Institutional Specialist (0063-W06A) — Remote
Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on aviation regulation, certification and institutional responsibilities.
Role responsibilities:
• Map applicable civil-aviation, airport, safety and certification requirements.
• Assess regulator, airport, airline and other institutional roles, authorities and capacity gaps.
• Define legal and regulatory tasks, evidence needs, dependencies and implementation risks.
Evidence sought:
• Senior aviation regulatory, certification or institutional experience.
• Representative work with civil aviation authorities, airport certification or regulatory reform.
• Ability to distinguish binding requirements, guidance and recommended practice.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
Applicants should be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and able to work in the United States. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
