Chile Labor Standards, Industrial Relations and Worker-Voice Lead

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks proposed project personnel for a contingent U.S. Department of Labor/ILAB critical-minerals initiative in Chile's copper supply chain. This is a substantive Chile-side technical role and is not currently designated as key personnel.

Location and commitment

Santiago preferred, with travel to copper/mining regions. Anticipated 36-month period and approximately 50–75% level of effort, subject to final design and award.

Responsibilities

Lead Chile labor-law, industrial-relations and collective-bargaining analysis.
Design worker-voice, confidential grievance, non-retaliation, referral and remediation processes.
Engage employers, contractors, workers, unions and community actors without compromising independence.
Develop safeguarding and escalation protocols and train field personnel.
Document labor-practice changes, cases, barriers and corrective actions with the Project Director and MEL team.

Must-have qualifications

At least 8 years of relevant labor-law, industrial-relations, collective-bargaining, worker-rights or grievance/remediation experience.
Professional Spanish and strong working English.
Legal authorization to perform the proposed work in Chile without Axyde sponsorship; Chilean citizenship is not required.
Demonstrated engagement with worker representatives and employers in mining, heavy industry or another complex/high-risk sector.
Experience with confidentiality, non-retaliation, safeguarding, referral and conflict-of-interest controls.

Compensation

Planning range: USD 55,000–90,000 annualized equivalent, prorated to final LOE and subject to award, market reasonableness and negotiation.
