Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an Activation Project Manager for a Department of Veterans Affairs warehouse Initial Outfitting, Transition and Activation (IOTA) opportunity in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This position is contingent on contract award and funding.
Required: at least five (5) years of experience in Initial Outfitting, Transition and Activation (IOTA) of federal facilities. Your application should identify the federal facilities, project dates and your personal responsibilities.
Required experience

These are the solicitation's Activation Project Manager experience requirements. Relevant federal facility experience may come from military, civilian-government or contractor roles. Please describe the actual outfitting, transition and activation work; general federal employment or ongoing warehouse operations alone does not establish this experience.
What you will lead
- Integrated project planning, schedules, progress reporting, risks, issues and readiness milestones.
- Customer, user-group and Integrated Project Team coordination, including interfaces with the building contractor and technical specialists.
- Coordination of space planning, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), equipment reuse and acquisition-package development.
- Transition and relocation planning, inventory accountability, delivery and installation coordination, operational readiness, turnover and project closeout.
You will coordinate the specialists responsible for design, procurement support, relocation and installation. The project includes warehouse, administrative and training spaces.
Location, schedule and access
Performance location: Martinsburg, WV. Harrisburg, PA is the recruiting location for this posting. Candidates from the surrounding region or elsewhere are welcome if they can meet the assignment's on-site requirements.
The Government facility is the primary place of performance, with necessary off-site work permitted by the contract. Normal contract work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. The Project Manager must be available for required on-site meetings, installation activities and closeout. Any remote work and individual staffing schedule must align with customer requirements; this is not a guaranteed fully remote position.
Personnel must satisfy applicable VA background-investigation, identity/access and required training requirements before performing duties requiring that access. The solicitation identifies low-risk/Tier 1 NACI screening for the assigned tasks. Personnel accessing VA computer systems must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Start date, hours, compensation and employment terms will be discussed during screening and agreed separately. Contract performance is contingent on government award and funding.
