26-0037B-002 | Workforce Training and Competency Specialist — Oman (Contingent, Intermittent)

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks expressions of interest for a Workforce Training and Competency Specialist for the proposed Oman Critical Minerals Testing Quality and Workforce Pilot (26-0037B). This is advance recruiting for a proposed 18-month project; no award or start date is confirmed.

Location and proposed effort
Oman delivery, with Muscat as the recruiting location. The current plan budgets approximately 25 professional days spread across 18 months, combining agreed site visits and remote preparation. This is an intermittent assignment. The final work location, schedule, engagement terms and compensation will be agreed before work. No relocation package is promised.

The role
Develop practical learning materials and competency records for 12 Omani personnel working with two mineral-testing workflows at an existing facility. Coordinate three short instruction-and-practice cycles with qualified technical specialists, organize supervised practice and assessment evidence, and help two host mentors prepare teach-back activities. Support refresher work and follow-up evidence of retained competence. Technical specialists retain responsibility for analytical methods and safety; independent verification remains separate from the work being assessed. This role does not promise an academic qualification or accreditation.

Relevant experience
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering practical technical training, workplace assessments, mentor development and clear learning records. Laboratory, mining, process-industry or comparable industrial experience is valuable, as is experience working with Oman or Gulf employers and training providers. Ability to communicate clearly in English is important; Arabic capability is helpful.
