ADR Mediator / Federal Workplace Dispute Specialist

VA CLAIM — contingent opportunity / expression of interest

Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.

Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde’s recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.

Potential responsibilities
Serve as an impartial mediator, facilitator or conflict coach for workplace and EEO-related disputes as authorized.
Prepare for sessions, facilitate voluntary resolution, and maintain appropriate confidential records and process documentation.
Support remote and in-person sessions; customized ADR, workplace civility and conflict-management training experience is welcome.
What we are seeking
Documented mediation or ADR training and completed neutral assignments relevant to workplace disputes.
Demonstrated federal workplace or EEO mediation experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to disclose conflicts, maintain neutrality and confidentiality, and provide evidence of applicable roster status or credentials.

These are Axyde recruiting criteria, not published Government labor-category minimums. Final duties, qualifications, suitability requirements, schedule and place of performance will be established for each order. All litigation and trial work product will go through VA counsel; contractor personnel will not independently file on VA’s behalf.

Relevant federal legal experience *
