Describe two relevant assignments: agency or client type, dates, your role, and deliverables. Identify any VA, EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, FOIA/Privacy Act, FTCA, litigation or federal legal operations experience. Do not disclose privileged or confidential case information.
List relevant education, active licenses or certifications, issuing jurisdiction, status and expiration where applicable. Attorneys: bar admission and current standing. Investigators: federal EEO training and investigation experience. Mediators: training and completed neutral assignments. Paralegal/eDiscovery/operations applicants: relevant systems and work products.
Give earliest availability, sustainable hours per week, ability to accept assignments with 24–48 hours notice, cities/states served, remote/on-site availability, and travel limitations. This is contingent recruiting; no start date or hours are guaranteed.
State your desired rate or range in USD and unit (hour/day/year), preferred employee or independent professional arrangement, and any minimum engagement. Provide expectations, not salary history. Final terms depend on the assignment and mutual agreement.
Can you complete an order-specific conflict-of-interest review? Flag any potential restriction on supporting VA matters in general terms only; do not identify confidential clients or case facts.
