ARBITRATOR / CONCILIATOR — FEDERAL WORKPLACE ADR
PWS 5.1 lists arbitration and other ADR methods. Identify documented federal/workplace arbitration, conciliation, fact-finding and neutral record-development experience, applicable roster status/credentials, impartiality safeguards and geographic coverage. Axyde is seeking a contingent bench, not authorizing adjudication or binding decisions. Any arbitration assignment depends on VA clarification of permitted scope, appropriate legal authority and separate order-specific agreement; no authority is presumed from this posting. Neutral-service providers and qualified individual practitioners welcome.

Please submit a current résumé and identify relevant assignments and dates, professional credentials and issuing jurisdiction/status, local and territory coverage, remote/on-site capability, short-notice availability and rate expectations (unit and any minimum engagement).
