Contingent opportunity — Army Operational Generative AI Training, Axyde opportunity 26-0109.

Axyde Analytics, LLC is assembling a proposed team for an Army market-research response concerning an Operational Generative AI Training and Workforce Enablement Suite. This is not an awarded contract, a government appointment or a guaranteed job. The anticipated program has leadership, applied prompt-engineering and AI-agent development tracks, with 20 cohorts annually and a proposed base year plus four option years. Final scope, funding, award, schedule and staffing remain subject to government decisions.

Your contribution

Lead delivery planning and government coordination for an Army-focused generative AI training program.

Responsibilities

• Build the delivery schedule, staffing plan, budget assumptions, risk register and quality-review process across leadership, practitioner and developer courses.
• Translate Army workflows into realistic, unclassified training scenarios; co-facilitate leadership discussions where qualified.
• Coordinate instructors, lab/security staff and classroom logistics; track attendance, learning outcomes and corrective actions.
• Provide accurately attributed examples of your own program-management and military training or technology-adoption work.

Relevant experience

• Demonstrated management of technical training, defense programs or comparable complex professional-services delivery.
• Ability to work with Army leaders and translate mission needs into practical learning objectives.
• Evidence of budget, staffing, scheduling and quality responsibility. AI familiarity is useful; deep technical instruction is covered by technical staff.

Location and engagement

Scheduled classroom delivery must be within 15 miles of main Fort Hood, Texas. Killeen is the recruiting location for that delivery area, not a confirmed classroom address. Instructors and classroom support must be available for agreed on-site periods. Curriculum, planning and preparation may be proposed remotely where permitted; this is not advertised as fully remote, and remote arrangements are not yet confirmed. Permanent relocation and full-time hours are not established requirements. State your location and practical travel/on-site availability.

These are proposed coverage functions and may be combined where qualifications and workload permit. Employment or consulting structure, hours, compensation, travel reimbursement and any paid preparation work will be agreed in writing before work begins. No unpaid client deliverables are requested. Work and start dates are contingent on award, funding and agreed scope.

Security and experience

The current RFI contains inconsistent clearance language: one section states no personnel or facility clearance, while another refers to cleared instructors. Final access requirements are unresolved; do not assume either an existing clearance requirement or unrestricted access. Describe relevant experience in general terms. Do not submit classified, controlled or client-confidential material. Personal experience will be attributed to the actual individual and performing organization, not represented as prior Axyde corporate performance.
