QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyman-level equivalent fuels and cryogenic sampling/testing experience, including receipt, storage and issue sampling; test records and computer entry; calibration, equipment upkeep and laboratory safety. ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION
Demonstrate journeyman-equivalent fuel sampling/testing across receipt, storage and issue, including sample identification, applicable methods and acceptance limits, instrument checks/calibration records, filtration/water checks and isolation of suspect product. Explain who may authorize return to service and what evidence is retained.
Evidence and assignment prerequisites
Provide dated laboratory assignments, methods/equipment used and formal Fuels Quality Control Course or original Quality Control Course evidence. Axyde seeks course-qualified primary and relief technicians; the PWS requires a formal-course-qualified daily technician and trained alternate. Cryogenic duties require separate applicable qualification if assigned.
Practical assessment
Demonstrate sample traceability, an out-of-limit result and an overdue/failed instrument check. Before independent work, complete product/method/equipment-specific authorization and laboratory safety training. Test or accreditation terminology alone is not proof of hands-on competence.
During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application; secure verification will be arranged.
