THE ROLE
Fuels Fleet and Systems Engineer: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.

Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Corporate program role supporting both Montana and Wyoming sites. Planned allocation: 20 hours per week on average, with agreed mobilization, travel and surge requirements. Work location and any remote/hybrid arrangement will be agreed before an offer; security-sensitive duties require the approved work environment. This is an Axyde employee position, not an independent-contractor engagement.

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION
Demonstrate aviation/ground refueler specification review, technical-order/OEM compliance, fleet availability, filter/hose compatibility, acceptance tests, inspection planning and lease/vendor technical evaluation. Respect the Government/contractor systems-maintenance split.
Evidence and assignment prerequisites
Provide dated projects, equipment models/configurations and test/acceptance records. State PE, OEM, cargo-tank or other specialist credentials separately. PE licensure is required only where an assigned regulated service requires it; engineering experience does not authorize statutory inspection signatures.
Practical assessment
Assess a proposed replacement refueler against mission, product, climate, road and inspection requirements; identify qualification/acceptance evidence and lifecycle support risks.
During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application; secure verification will be arranged.
