26-0136-SHR-07 | Fuels Training and Qualification Coordinator — Fuels Program (Award Contingent)
THE ROLE
Fuels Training and Qualification Coordinator: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS
Documented fuels training/qualification matrix management, course scheduling, task certification records and relief-qualification controls. Demonstrated fuel-terminal operations knowledge; instructor authority where needed.
Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Corporate program role supporting both Montana and Wyoming sites. Planned allocation: 20 hours per week on average, with agreed mobilization, travel and surge requirements. Work location and any remote/hybrid arrangement will be agreed before an offer; security-sensitive duties require the approved work environment. This is an Axyde employee position, not an independent-contractor engagement.
APPLICATION
Provide a resume with dated relevant assignments and specific duties; relevant course names/dates, licenses and endorsements/expiration dates; availability for the location, hours, mobilization and recall; relocation needs and compensation expectations. Do not submit classified information, Social Security numbers or sensitive clearance documents. Incumbent personnel and qualified military or commercial professionals are encouraged to apply. Pay and benefits will reflect applicable wage determinations, collective bargaining requirements and the accepted written offer.

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION
Demonstrate task-based fuels qualification management tied to each person, position, shift, equipment and primary/alternate duty. Track course completion, practical evaluations, prerequisites, authorization and expiry/retraining; plan paid training and qualified relief.
Evidence and assignment prerequisites
Provide dated training/qualification assignments, instructor/evaluator qualifications where held, and examples of qualification records. Verify issuer/course/date/currentness; record unverified, expired and missing items explicitly. Course attendance alone does not establish independent task competence.
Practical assessment
Build a sample roster showing qualified primary and alternate accountants, trained laboratory relief, course-qualified acting TM and operator/dispatcher coverage without simultaneous double counting.
During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application; secure verification will be arranged.
