26-0108-R03 | Material Expediter — Navy Warehouse — Client Hiring, Contingent
Axyde Analytics, LLC is hiring on behalf of a client for a prospective Navy warehouse support contract in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
One full-time position | 1,920 contract hours annually
Location: Hampton Roads and Dam Neck support; exact duty-site allocation will be confirmed.
Hourly base pay range: $30–$34. Final pay within this range depends on relevant qualifications and assigned duties. Benefits and other employment terms will be specified in the client-approved offer. The range excludes any separately required fringe benefits and overtime.
The opportunity
Employment is contingent on contract award, funding, client selection and verification of contract qualifications. Anticipated award is February 2027; the start date is not confirmed.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, local pickup and delivery, and timely movement to end users.
• Track material status, investigate delays and coordinate corrective action with warehouse and Government personnel.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receipt documentation, including support for DD Form 1149.
• Support receipt inspection, acceptance and accurate ERP transactions needed for vendor-payment processing.
• Coordinate safe handling, staging, shipment records and authorized disposal.
Required qualifications
• High school diploma or GED and five years of professional experience in military logistics operations, including ERP or similar database systems and familiarity with Government shipping processes and policies.
• Document relevant military logistics systems and shipment coordination experience in the resume.
• Contract-permitted education and experience substitutions will be considered following review of the original qualification matrix.
• Secret clearance is required at contract award. Interim Secret is permitted at award if final clearance is obtained within 180 days, unless the contracting officer authorizes an extension. Required clearance and access approvals must be in place before classified tasks.
• Perform the essential duties safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable, and complete required safety, security, privacy and environmental training.
Preferred experience
Navy ERP, Defense Transportation Regulation procedures and coordination across multiple military installations.
