Recruit diverse maternal-health stakeholders and run inclusive, disciplined virtual listening-session operations nationwide.
What you will own
- Build and maintain the participant universe, outreach tracker, coverage matrix, scheduling system, and consent/communications workflow.
- Coordinate 13–16 virtual listening sessions across time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Support facilitation, documentation, quality checks, follow-up, and secure file handling.
- Track coverage and escalate representation gaps before fieldwork closes.
- 5+ years in stakeholder engagement, research operations, public-health outreach, or comparable multi-party coordination.
- Demonstrated recruitment of clinical, state, community, rural, Tribal, or lived-experience participants.
- Excellent virtual-event, scheduling, documentation, and privacy practices.
- Maternal-health or community-engaged research experience.
- Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and accessible engagement practices.
